We joined OGC as a seed stage company with five employees and were still outsourcing our sequencing. We found the OGC community to be very collaborative and supportive. People helped us when we were short on supplies, let us use the equipment we didn’t yet have the resources to purchase, and helped us get up and running on our first sequencer.

We loved Oakland and the Pill Hill neighborhood so much that we are still neighbors with our laboratories only two blocks away. While we have grown a lot since then, we continue to value the OGC friendships made during these early years.
